I feeeeel like a crazy person...
Currently in the process of buying a house and I feel a little crazy and tense… I just realized that normally a run would just hit the spot right now and calm me down. 3 miles. Had stomach issues and did some walking at the end. Not great, but I got out there which is a step in the right direction. :) I’ll take it.
Had a nice sweat sesh tonight…3.5 miles, 11:04 pace. Actually had a pretty good time during the run and found that wiping the sweat off my face with my shirt gives me a few minutes of relief. Determined to get 7 miles on Sunday. And to keep adding on a mile each weekend. Kinda going by my own running schedule for once, which seems to be working for now. Building it back UUUUPPPP!

Good thing I live in New England and...
